Ex-Teacher Accused Of Sexual Assault Found With Student In Traffic Stop A former Fairfield County educator awaiting trial for allegedly sexually assaulting two students is back in hot water after being busted during a traffic stop with one of her alleged victims. Milford resident Laura Ramos, an ex-special education teacher at Central High School in Bridgeport, had been out on $50,000 bond as she awaits trial following her arrest in June last year.  On June 22, she was pulled over on in Waterford for distracted driving. Fairfield County Teen Killed In Dirt Bike Crash A Fairfield County teen died following a crash after the dirt bike he was riding slammed into the back of a parked dump truck, according to the Milford Police. Vincent Annuzzi-Rivers, 19, died around 3 p.m. Tuesday when the dirt bike he was driving northbound on Lori Drive near Teresa Drive struck the parked dump truck, said the Milford Police. Annuzzi-Rivers died at the scene.
