Attorney For Estranged Husband Files Motion To Dismiss Charges In Missing Mom Case Norm Pattis, the attorney for Fotis Dulos, the estranged husband of missing Fairfield County mother of five Jennifer Farber Dulos, filed a motion on Wednesday, July 24, to dismiss charges against his client saying there is insufficient evidence.
