Woman Killed After Crossing Into Oncoming Lane, Striking Car Head-On In Hudson Valley A woman was killed in a head-on collision in the Hudson Valley that also left two young children injured as well, police announced.  The crash happened in Putnam County on Thursday, Jan. 25 around 6 p.m., when two vehicles collided in the town of Southeast in the area of 477 Tonetta Lake Rd.
