The positive COVID-19 infection rate in the Hudson Valley rose slightly for the first time in days as the numbers continue to trend in the right direction, according to the latest update from the Department of Public Health. An arrest warrant has been issued for Brian Laundrie following the death of his fiancée and fellow Long Island native Gabby Petito.
