New Rochelle Elementary School Principal To Take Helm Of Hometown District A popular New Rochelle educator is moving on up to Putnam, where he will serve as the newest Schools Superintendent at his hometown Mahopac School District. Trinity Elementary School Principal Anthony DiCarlo announced that he would be resigning his position on Feb. 16, when he will travel north to take the helm in Mahopac after six years in New Rochelle.
