Drunk Driver Stole Running Pickup Truck Outside Northern Westchester House, Police Say An allegedly drunk driver in a stolen pickup took Westchester County Police officers on a short chase as he attempted to evade arrest in Mount Kisco. Officers were dispatched to Spring Street at approximately 5 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 13, where there was a report of a stolen truck.
