Waterbury resident Andre Reed, 26, has been sentenced to 18 months in prison, followed by three years of supervised release, for distributing heroin to a female Danbury overdose victim.  The arrest comes as part of a statewide initiative targeting drug dealers who distribute heroin, fentanyl and opioids that cause overdoses.
