23-Year-Old Passenger Killed In Hudson Valley Crash A Hudson Valley man who was a passenger in an Infiniti sedan was killed in a single-vehicle crash. The collision occurred in Dutchess County, in the town of Wappinger, at about 6:20 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 2, on All Angels Hill Road near Dugan Lane.  According to Capt. Carlos Reyes was last seen by his family members at about 11 p.m. on Monday, March 28, according to an announcement from City of Danbury Police Department on Thursday, March 31. His unoccupied 2008 gray Infiniti was recovered in Brewster on Thursday, March 31, police said. Two Arrested, Handgun Recovered After Vehicle Stop, Foot Pursuit On Hutchinson River Parkway Westchester County Police, assisted by Pelham Manor Police, arrested two men Tuesday who fled from a traffic stop on the Hutchinson River Parkway and attempted to elude officers in their car and then on foot. The two men were captured by county and village officers following a foot pursuit through streets and backyards in Pelham Manor.
