Authorities in the Hudson Valley are still searching for the suspects in two separate incidents involving cats being shot with a gun and arrow, leaving one of them dead. Woman Charged After Nine Starving Animals Rescued From 'Deplorable' Conditions
A 45-year-old woman was arrested for nine counts of animal abuse after the police had been to the home on a child neglect issue and found the mistreated and abused animals.
