Police investigators are seeking the public’s assistance as they attempt to track down a woman who allegedly found a Westchester resident's wallet and promptly attempted to go on a spending spree using the stolen credit cards. Investigators received a report on Friday, March 29, from a local resident who stated that he believed he dropped his brown wallet in front of his Garth Road apartment in Scarsdale at approximately 2:15 p.m. The wallet contained a driver’s license, a Chase debit card, Capital One credit card and a Chase Hyatt Visa card.
