Officers from the Putnam County Sheriff’s Department say they observed a driver commit a series of traffic violations on Fairfield Drive and Haviland Drive in the Town of Patterson on Wednesday, May 8 around 1 a.m. Police say they initiated a traffic stop and observed that the driver, identified as 38-year-old Mellisa Gorgilone of New Fairfield, was intoxicated.
