Golfer Beats Goose To Death With Club In Hudson Valley: Police
A man faces charges after beating a goose to death with a club at a Hudson Valley golf course, police said. The arrest stemmed from an incident on Friday, Aug. 18, when the Putnam County Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) responded to a call from the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation Police regarding a golfer beating a Canada Goose to death.
