Man Found Dead In Pool At Hudson Valley Home Police are investigating after a man was found dead in a Hudson Valley home pool. The incident occurred in Orange County around 12:15 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 12, on Aster Way in Wallkill. According to Wallkill Police Lt. 2-Car Crash Shuts Down Busy Hudson Valley Intersection, Sends Person To Hospital A two-vehicle crash caused a busy Hudson Valley intersection to close for almost an hour and caused injuries.  The collision happened in Putnam County on Sunday, July 21 just after 5:30 p.m., when two cars crashed at the intersection of Route 6 and Croton Falls Road (Route 34) in Mahopac.  According to the Mahopac Volunteer Fire Department, one person received medical transport while another was taken to a hospital.  The intersection was closed for around 40 minutes until the cars involved were removed.

One Hospitalized In Two-Car Crash On Route 6N One person was hospitalized following a two-vehicle crash on Route 6N in Mahopac Falls. The crash took place Friday, March 22, at Route 6N and Hill Street, said Jack Casey, spokesman for the Mahopac Falls Volunteer Fire Department. Carmel Police units were on the scene as fire units arrived. EMS began triage as fire police took over traffic, freeing up CPD to investigate the crash, Casey said.
