Six Years After Hudson Valley Teen Was Gunned Down, Police Still Asking For Help Six years after a Hudson Valley 19-year-old was gunned downed and killed, police are still investigating and asking the public for help, Nicholas Jasiel, of Nanuet, was shot and killed as a result of a confrontation that took place on Dwight Avenue in Hillcrest on Saturday, Dec. 7, 2019.  According to the Ramapo Police Department, Jasiel was found lying on the ground at the intersection of Dwight Avenue and Mallory Road following the confrontation. Swastikas Found At High School In Hudson Valley Police in the Hudson Valley are investigating after several swastikas were discovered at an area high school. The incident took place in Rockland County on Wednesday, March 22, when a school resource officer assigned to Clarkstown South High School in West Nyack was informed that swastikas were discovered in a classroom, said Clarkstown PD Det. Norm Peters. Rockland County resident Colin Joseph O’Connor died unexpectedly on Sunday, July 4, according to his obituary. He is survived by his parents, Thomas and Susan, along with his siblings. Westchester resident and Rockland County high school graduate Daniel R. Foley, 46, of New Rochelle, died Saturday, Feb. 22, from pancreatic cancer.
