Professor From Northern Westchester Accused Of Inappropriately Touching Child A 47-year-old college professor who lives in Northern Westchester has been accused of inappropriately touching a child. Abul Hasanat Alamgir of Chappaqua was arrested last week after he allegedly touched a child in Texas. He's been charged with indecency with a child by contact, a felony, the Bexar County District Attorney's Office said. He was released on $75,000 bail and is scheduled to appear in court in January.
