Four From Westchester Win $13M In NY Lottery Four Westchester residents will need a large wallet to carry their giant checks when they are presented with their combined winnings of $13 million from recent Lottery games by Yolanda Vega. The four, who won on three separate tickets, will receive their checks at Empire City Casino in Yonkers at 1 p.m. Thursday, the New York Lottery said.
