Brand-New Cake Shop Opens In Westchester County A bakery chain has opened its first Westchester County location.  Nothing Bundt Cakes has opened its doors in Hartsdale and will host a ribbon-cutting on Thursday, Nov. 4. It is the first Nothing Bundt Cakes location in the county and the sixth in New York state. The cake shop, located at 303 North Central Ave. in Hartsdale, will be run by twin sisters Florentina and Andreea Enica, according to an announcement from the company.  “As children, we would gather with family, and our grandmother welcomed us with freshly baked cake," Florentina said in a statement. Lifelong Peekskill Resident Pauline Hunt Dies Pauline Marie (Frugis) Hunt, 82, of Peekskill died Sept. 15 in the Royal Cape Cod Rehabilitation Center in Buzzards Bay, MA. She was the widow of the late Charles R. Hunt and the daughter of the late Sebastian Frugis and Beatrice (Tritto) Hongach. Pauline was born in White Plains and was a lifelong resident of Peekskill. She graduated from Peekskill High School in 1955. Mrs. Hunt was a loving mother and devoted friend who worked at AT&T, Robinson’s Florist, as a medical office assistant and volunteered for the Peekskill Community Hospital Auxiliary. Mary Jo Scarborough was born June 22, 1932 to William and Jewel Clark in Dalton, Georgia, during the depths of the Great Depression. She moved with her family to Rome, GA in fifth grade where she attended Rome public schools and the Maple Street Baptist Church.  After graduating from Rome High School, Mary Jo studied music at Shorter College and then received her Master’s in Music from t…
