Area Man Charged With Sex Abuse Of Child A 27-year-old area man has been charged with allegedly having sex with an underage child. Alex Ramos-Hernandez, of Pawling, was arrested following an investigation by the Dutchess County Sheriff's Office in connection along with the Child Advocacy Center, said Capt. John Watterson. Ramos-Hernandez was arrested on Friday, Sept. 27, and is accused of having inappropriate sexual contact with the victim who he knows, Watterson said.
