Krista Camacho, of Mohegan Lake, was arrested around 6:56 p.m., Thursday, March 14, after she was seen acting strangely in the area of East Main Street, said the Yorktown Police.
After watching her, police saw Camacho getting into the passenger side of a vehicle which was stopped by officers on Route 6, police said.
After an investigation by officers, it was determined that Camacho was allegedly in possession of a quantity of heroin, cocaine, Suboxone, as well as a hypodermic needle, police said.
Camacho was charged with three counts of possession of a controlled substance and criminally possessing a hypodermic instrument.
She was released on her own recognizance and is scheduled to appear in court on April 11.
