Police Charge Mahopac Man With Having Forged License

Wilson Abel Chafla Yumbia, 24, was pulled over for an alleged traffic violation and produced a forged Maryland driver's license, police said. 

Yumbia was arraigned before Patterson Town Court and remanded to the Putnam County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash or $5,000 bond. He is scheduled to appear in the Southeast Town Court on Oct. 16, police said.
