Man Charged With Felony DWI In Route 9 Stop

CROTON-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. – Manuel H. Niguela-Pesantez, 35, of Peekskill was arrested on Route 9 in Croton for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated Oct. 17, police said.

New York State Police from the Cortlandt barracks said they stopped the vehicle Niguela-Pesantez was operating for speeding and he was charged with Felony DWI when a criminal history revealed a previous DWI related conviction within the preceding 10 years.

He was released on summonses pending a court appearance.
