Brewster State Police Charge Woman, 65, With DWI

BREWSTER, N.Y. -- New York State Police from the Brewster barracks charged a Mount Kisco woman with aggravated driving while intoxicated on Thursday, Oct. 16, officials said.

Troopers checked Barbara Stangl, 65, when they allegedly observed her stopped with the vehicle partially in a roadway, police said.

Stangl provided a breathalyzer sample that yielded a blood alcohol content of .21 percent. She is scheduled to appear in Southeast Court on Tuesday, Oct. 28 police said.
