Brewster Man, 26, Charged With Violating Order Of Protection

BREWSTER, N.Y. -- Anthony J. Infantino, a 26-year-old Brewster resident, was charged by New York State Police from the Wappinger barracks, with second-degree criminal contempt, a class A misdemeanor, about 3:25 p.m. Sunday, July 6.

Troopers investigated an order of protection violation that was reported on Saturday, July 5, according to police. 

Police said Infantino violated a valid court order of protection by contacting the victim by telephone. 

Infantino was released on an appearance ticket ordering him to appear before Poughkeepsie Town Court on Tuesday, July 15.
