PUTNAM VALLEY, N.Y. -- Southbound traffic on the Taconic State Parkway was heavy Thursday morning in Putnam Valley following an accident.
The accident, between Peekskill Hollow Road and Bryant Pond Road, blocked the right lane and delays were as far as as 3 miles. It occurred early in the morning commute.
