Putnam Sheriff Searches For Man Wanted For Failure To Appear In Court

CARMEL, N.Y. – The Putnam County Sheriff’s Department is looking for a man wanted on a charge of failure to appear in court.

The Putnam County Court has issued an arrest warrant for Henry I. Barcenas, 23, according to a press release from the Sheriff’s Department. He is accused of failure to appear in court on Sept. 19, 2012. There was no information released about the reason for the court appearance.

Barcenas is described as a white, Hispanic male, about 5 feet 3 inches in height, and weighing approximately 170 pounds, according to the Sheriff’s Department.
