Putnam Residents Walk To End Breast Cancer

PUTNAM, N.Y. -- For the fourth year in a row, "Team Saving Our Sisters" will walk 39.3 miles over one weekend in the Avon Walk to End Breast Cancer.

Team members are: Barbara Paesano, Barbara Bigler, Emily MacKenzie and Lea Swanson. Paesono is 1 17-year survivor of breast cancer. Swanson's mother is a 25-year survivor, and MacKenzie's mother was diagnosed in 2013. Each team member is required to raise $1,800 for a team total of $7,200.
