Putnam County Will See Another Scorcher With 90-Degree Temps

PUTNAM COUNTY, N.Y. -- Putnam residents are in set for another scorcher Monday as temperatures are expecting to surpass the 90-degree mark for the second day in a row.

It will be mostly sunny and hot on Monday with a high between 92 and 94 degrees.

There is a 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after 2 p.m.

The thunderstorm chance continues on Tuesday, with storms possible mainly before 4 p.m. Tuesday's high temperature is expected to be around 88 degrees.
