In fact, the final full moon of the winter season will be on Thursday, according to Earth Sky. 

In the Northern Hemisphere, this final full moon is also referred to as Sap Moon, Crow Moon, Worm Moon or Lenten Moon. It is also the smallest full moon of 2015, Earth Sky reported.
