Lake Peekskill Man Charged In Landlord, Tenant Dispute

LAKE PEEKSKILL, N.Y. – A Lake Peekskill man was arrested Wednesday for a landlord – tenant dispute, according to New York State Police.

07/24/2015 3:00 p.m.

Daniel T. Dziedzic, 54, was charged with menacing in the third degree for making threats against the victim.

Following his arraignment, Dziedzic was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to appear before the Putnam Valley Court Tuesday, July 28.
