Four Suffer Injuries In Taconic State Parkway Crash

Four people were hospitalized following a Taconic State Parkway crash early on Monday morning after a car went off the roadway and struck a rocky embankment in Yorktown.

Officials confirmed that the car was traveling south on the parkway near the New Croton Reservoir at approximately 4 a.m. on Monday morning.

Fire crews from the Yorktown Heights Volunteer Fire Department removed a door from the car to gain access to the driver and three passengers, who were then transported to Westchester Medical Center for treatment to various injuries. Their condition was not immediately available on Monday.
