Butterfield Realty is proposing a mixed-use development that would include 17,500 square feet of retail and office space to go along with 55 senior living units, theexaminernews.com reported.

The proposal went in front of the Cold Spring Planning Board on Wednesday, Sept. 3 and is scheduled to be reviewed again during a meeting on Wednesday, Sept. 17, theexaminernews.com said.
