The court records had been sealed since the 2005 case brought against the comedian by a former Temple University employee and were just unsealed after a lawsuit by the Associated Press. The lawsuit was settled in 2006.
Cosby reportedly testified that he purchased Quaaludes to provide to women.
More than three dozen women have come forward with accusations against the 77-year-old Cosby.
"This newly released testimony, clearly, doesn’t address each one of the accusers’ claims," Time Magazine reports in a story published late Monday. "But it puts an end to the idea that such claims were motivated by a desire to boost the accusers’ own profiles, or to take down a comedy hero, because Cosby reportedly admits culpability in his own words."
