CARMEL, N.Y. -- An accident resulted in heavy delays on I-84 on Thursday morning.
The accident, at Route 312 (Exit 19) in Southeast, backed up traffic to Exit 19 (Route 311) in Carmel.
The accident was reported at 7:45 a.m.
