Proceeds from the event will benefit Community Cares, a nonprofit organization that provides aid to families in Putnam and northern Westchester counties that are enduring a medical crisis, according to organizers.
Admission to the show costs $30 for contestants and $10 for those just wishing to watch, according to organizers, who said the event is scheduled for 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 26, at 141 Bucks Hollow Road, Mahopac.
Cash prizes will be awarded to the most talented, according to organizers, who said that $300, $200 and $100 will be awarded to the first-, second- and third-place finishers, respectively.
Organizers said Italian food specialties will be available for sale during the “social hour” of 2-3 p.m.
