The operation was conducted at Thai Spa in Wantagh, located at 1436 Wantagh Ave. late in the afternoon on Thursday, Sept. 5. "It was determined illegal massages and prostitution were being conducted at this location," Nassau County Police said. Nassau County PD Narcotics/Vice Squad detectives arrested Ling Li, 32, of Brooklyn, and Lifen Luo, 45, of Woodbury, without incident. Human Remains Found At Woodbury Construction Site An investigation is underway after human remains were discovered on Long Island. Officers received a 911 call for possible human remains at a construction site in Woodbury located on Fairhaven Boulevard at about 4 p.m. Monday, June 10, Nassau County Police said. Upon arrival, the officers noticed skeletal remains while digging into the ground.  The Medical Examiner responded, and the remains were removed from the scene and brought to the ME’s office for further examination.
