A Long Island man accused of driving drunk in a deadly Garden State Parkway crash has been captured nearly 15 years after he jumped bail and became a fugitive, authorities said. U.S. Marshals arrested 52-year-old Chaudhry Yousaf at John F. Kennedy International Airport on Tuesday, Dec. 24, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer said in a news release on Monday, Dec. 30. A man faces a driving under the influence charge after police say his Toyota RAV4 struck two New York State Police vehicles on Long Island. The crash occurred just after midnight on Saturday, Nov. 16 on the eastbound lanes of the Southern State Parkway near exits 39 and 40S in Babylon. A man has been arrested on charges of driving while ability impaired by drugs and alcohol after a chain-reaction Long Island Expressway crash sent four others to the hospital overnight. The incident occurred around 12:20 a.m. Friday, Nov. 15, on the eastbound side, about 1,000 feet east of Nicolls Road in Holtsville.
