Driver On Revoked License Fled Fatal Route 32 Crash Scene: Cops A 34-year-old unlicensed driver has been arrested in connection with a crash that left a 37-year-old woman dead along an Ulster County roadway last week, authorities said. Alex B. Brown, 34, of New Paltz, was behind the wheel of a 2008 Subaru Forester when he ran over Victoria Cooper in Rosendale on Jan. 16 around 8:20 p.m., New York State Police said. Cooper entered the roadway when she was struck by a 2013 Toyota on State Route 32, and came to rest in the southbound lane where she was run over by Brown, police said. 1 Killed, 1 Hospitalized In Chain-Reaction Crash In Region One person was killed and another injured when a Nissan van traveling north on a busy stretch of I-87 rear-ended a bobtail 2016 Freightliner tractor-trailer that was slowed in the right lane of traffic.  The collision occurred in Orange County at 12:30 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 13, in the town of Woodbury. According to New York State Trooper Sgt. Jack Keller, an approaching work zone for line stripping, caused the slow traffic.
