Wegmans Food Markets officially opened its Lake Grove supermarket at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 26. The 101,000-square-foot store is located at 3270 Middle Country Road in the DSW Plaza at Lake Grove. This is the first Wegmans location on Long Island, joining 49 other locations across New York. New Supermarket To Open In Region A new 24-hour-a-day supermarket is opening in the Hudson Valley, focusing on everything fresh.  The Garden Fresh Market, located in Rockland County in Spring Valley, will have its soft opening on Wednesday, Oct. 23, and its grand opening on Saturday, Oct. 26, said owner Wilson Bermeo of New City.  This will be the fourth supermarket for Bermeo, who immigrated from Ecuador in 1995 to live the American Dream.
