A Canadian airline will soon fly from LaGuardia Airport for the first time. Porter Airlines is expanding its presence in New York City with the launch of year-round service between LGA and Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ), the company said in a news release on Monday, Jan. 27. An app used by many to pay back friends for meals or event tickets has another new purpose: booking a flight.
