Fatal Northern Westchester Crash: 17-Year-Old ID'd As Victim, Girl Critically Injured A 17-year-old has been identified as the victim of a fatal crash in Northern Westchester in which a 16-year-old was critically injured. It happened around 8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 15 on Albany Post Road (Route 9) in Cortlandt. The incident took place in Orange County around 3 p.m., Monday, Dec. 4 in New Windsor.
