First responders carried out a careful rescue operation after a man fell over 50 feet down a ravine following a crash on a highway in Northern Westchester. The incident happened on Thursday, Feb. 29 at around 6:30 p.m., when a three-car crash occurred on Interstate 684 in Bedford at the overpass spanning Beaver Dam Park. Man Dies After Being Struck By 2 Cars On Capital Region Highway
Police are investigating after a man was struck and killed on a busy highway in the region. The crash happened at around 7:15 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 8, on I-787 in Albany. A preliminary investigation found that a Ford sedan was attempting to merge into traffic on I-787 at Exit 2 when they unknowingly struck a pedestrian, according to New York State Police.
