Law enforcement agencies in the area are cautioning residents to be on high alert following a string of thefts from parked vehicles. The Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office issued an alert over the weekend as it investigates multiple larcenies from parked cars that happened late on Friday, July 23 into Saturday, July 24. Investigations are underway into multiple burglaries and alleged thefts of vehicles in the area recent days. Dutchess County Sheriff Capt. John Watterson issued an alert on Thursday, June 3 as his office investigates reports of three recent residential burglaries and two stolen vehicles that were taken from the Cramer Road area in the Town of LaGrange. Thefts, Attempted Burglary Reported In Area
Law enforcement officials in Dutchess County are cautioning about a recent rash of thefts and burglaries that have been reported. An alert was issued by Dutchess County Sheriff Capt. John Watterson as his office investigates several larcenies from vehicles, three thefts of actual vehicles, and an attempted burglary all reported in the areas of Amenia and Millerton.
