Mark Brown, age 56, of Poughkeepsie, was convicted of aggravated unlicensed vehicle operation and circumvention of an interlock device following a three-day jury trial in Kingston, said Ulster County District Attorney Emmanuel Nneji. Man Charged With DWI In Ulster County Man Charged With DWI In Ulster County
Man Charged With DWI In Ulster County A 38-year-old man was charged with a DWI after committing multiple traffic infractions.  The man, from the Bronx who was not named by the Ulster County Sheriff's Department, was reportedly pulled over at about 2:30 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 27 on Route 9W in the town of Marlborough.  The man was released to return to the Town of Marlborough Court at a later date, police said. Deputies were assisted by Town of Marlborough Police at the scene.

Employee Assaulted In Armed Robbery At Area Gas Station Police are searching for a man who allegedly robbed an area gas station at gunpoint and assaulted an employee. The incident took place in the Town of Marlborough around 2:25 a.m., Tuesday, Nov. 12 at the Sinclair station located at 1364 Route 9W, said the Town of Marlborough Police. According to police, the man entered the business armed with what appeared to be a semi-automatic handgun, assaulted an employee and then fled on foot with an undetermined amount of money.
