Man Admits To Sexually Abusing 7-Year-Old Girl At State Park In Hudson Valley A 45-year-old man has admitted to sexually abusing a 7-year-old girl at a Hudson Valley state park. Francisco Lopez-Gomez, of the Bronx, pleaded guilty on Tuesday, March 19 in Rockland County for the Thursday, June 15, 2017 attack in Valley Cottage, said Rockland County District Attorney Thomas E.
