A 26-year-old Hudson Valley man will spend years behind bars for a road rage incident that killed three people and injured five others.
Anthony Jones, age 26, of Orange County, was sentenced on Wednesday, Oct. 11 after being convicted of manslaughter and assault charges, according to the Orange County District Attorney.
Jones, a resident of Walden, was handed the maximum permitted sentence of five to 15 years for manslaughter and six years for the assault charges he racked up in an incident that happened two years prior.

Orange County resident Anthony Jones, age 26, of Walden, was found guilty on Monday, Aug. 7, after a jury trial, said Orange County District Attorney David Hoovler.
Jones, who is being held at the Orange County Jail, faces five to 15 years in prison on the manslaughter charge and another seven years on the assault charges when he is sentenced in October, Hoovler said.

Ulster County resident Walton R. Gordon, age 31, of Saugerties was arrested on Tuesday, July 11, for the incident which took place on Saturday, June 24.

A man is accused of causing damage to another vehicle during a road-rage incident in the Hudson Valley.
It happened around 6:30 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 3 in Rockland County on northbound I-87 in the town of Ramapo, according to state police.
Troopers located and stopped both vehicles.
The investigation at the scene determined that Davonne S. Wilmore, age 31, of the Bronx, threw a water bottle at a 2019 Mercedes-Benz truck, causing damage, said state police.
