Former Owner Of Upscale Westchester Restaurant Admits To Fraud Charge The former owner and operator of an upscale Northern Westchester restaurant admitted to wire fraud in connection with her multi-year scheme to defraud the restaurant’s lenders, mortgagee, bankruptcy creditors, and customers, authorities announced.
