In Rockland County, Ramapo Police said they arrested 10 people for trespassing at the quarry located in the Village of Suffern. The arrests took place on Saturday, June 6, after the department said they received numerous complaints from area residents. Peter Manfredonia, 23, a 2015 Newtown High School graduate, was apprehended in Hagerstown, Maryland Wednesday night, May 27 after five days on the run.
