The incident took place in Ulster County around 6 p.m., Friday, June 2 in Ellenville. According to Ellenville Chief of Police Phillip Mattracion, officers responded to three large fights, which police later learned were connected to each other. 'Out Of Control': Teenage Woman Attacks Female Officer In Hudson Valley, Police Say A teenage woman has been accused of attacking a female officer during an incident in the Hudson Valley. It happened on Thursday, Dec. 15 in Rockland County. Ramapo Police say officers responded to a Wesley Hills home for a report of a female causing an issue.  When the first officer arrived, he found an intoxicated woman "causing damage to the home and herself," police said. Wappingers Falls police were alerted to the "unofficial" show in the parking lot of Dutchess Plaza on Route 9, around 8 p.m., Sunday, Feb. 16, said Wappingers Falls Police Lt. Paolo Capparelli.
