$25K Graffiti Spree Targeting Landmarks Leads To Hudson Valley Man's Arrest: Police Authorities report that a Hudson Valley man has been charged with felony criminal mischief after a graffiti spree caused over $25,000 in damages to more than 29 public and private properties, including historic landmarks and local businesses. According to Middletown Police Lt. Jeffry Thoelen, Kevin Herrera, age 30, of Middletown, was charged on Wednesday, Jan. 1, following an investigation into the incidents, which began on Monday, Dec. 23, 2024.
