It happened at around 7:40 a.m. Saturday, July 27 on a stretch of I-84 in Orange County. New York State Police say that a preliminary investigation revealed that a small compact car was rear-ended by an SUV in the town of Newburgh, causing both vehicles to leave the roadway and the SUV to roll over.  The driver and sole occupant of the SUV was pronounced dead. Montgomery County resident Brian Galusha, of Fultonville, was 31 years old when he was found severely injured and bleeding in the town of Charleston, on North Green Road, early on July 25, 2004. He was airlifted to Albany Medical Center where he later died. An autopsy revealed Galusha died from skull fractures and brain injury caused by blunt force trauma. The collision occurred in Orange County around 12:16 p.m., Tuesday, July 16, on Route 211 West in Wallkill. According to Lt.
